The Medicines and Medical Equipment Importers Union, holding license number (364) dated from the esteemed Ministry of Justice, has established its central office in Kabul and is actively operating. Companies importing medicines and medical equipment in Afghanistan are members of this union. The Medicines and Medical Equipment Importers Union of Afghanistan has a legal personality and, as a non-governmental, non-political, independent, and non-profit organization, is registered within the framework of the esteemed Ministry of Justice, and regulates its duties and authorities in accordance with the country's effective laws and its own articles of association.
